We are a family business located in Tyler, Texas, serving all of East Texas. We bake unique, artisanal pastries with all organic ingredients, sourcing local as much as possible.

We began this journey in 2015 by creating our version of fine, unique pastries. Our versions often include an herbal element, or the usage of an international ingredient that we have stumbled upon on our journeys or even an unheard of addition that adds depth to a patisserie. From Rosemary-Sea Salt Caramel Brownies to our Brie-Cream Cheese Cinnamon Rolls, we delight when patrons discover a new favorite.  For those less inclined to the unusual, we created classic feverishly good chocolate brownies, thick and crispy to the edges but gooey-in-the-center chocolate chip cookies and the like, as we believe that a familiar food done to its absolute best is an homage to that food. For every recipe, we research, develop and tweak until we believe it is the best one that you will ever devour. Because of that commitment to only food that delights, our menu evolves slowly and nothing is released until we believe it is swoonworthy. We love creating both classic, comforting favorites as well as pastries with an unexpected, elevated twist. This philosophy of serving the best version of classics along with those from our imagination defines our approach to creating food for others.

We are meticulous even about our cookware, only using stainless steel, glass and non lead ceramics.
